Animation concept - 1 minute filmby *Panimated

I'm so excited to start my one-minute-project!
This is the biggest assignment we get as first year students at animation here at my uni. We get to do pretty much whatever we wish to do, only thing is it has to be a whole minute long. Which-if you know animation.. is quite a lot.
We got a theme too, "contrast". This is pretty much just to start us up, at as you might argue- you can find contrast in anyythiiing.

If you read my journal you might already know that I've decided on the concept-but hadn't figured out the details. So this deviation should make things a liiittle bit clearer. I decided on the raven and the ermine, and as they fight over the "marble" (using fire/lava and water/ice), they turn it into the earth... CREATION-MYTHS, WOO! They are cool- I wish they were true.. These are just sketches and concepts though, nothing final is decided yet, like style and the detailed narrative. And yes, I will try my best to make it frame-by-frame animated.. by hand. yes. omgimsoexited.

My biggest problem is the music though. I think I want some native-american-ish music, or traditional celtic/nordic stuff. The music can't be copyrighted -of course... god I wish I could make music. hnnng

Even though I'm such a norwegian and ignore valentine's day completely- me and a friend of mine drawed about 9 valentine-walruses, each with their own nationality! Maybe we made yours.. FIND OUT HERE: [link] (such a cliff-hanger)

All right, let me know what you think about the concept! Suggestions are always welcome, like, how should they interact? What maneuvers, what "moves", how could it end? I need as many ideas as I can get!
